How to register: You can register online or by mailing the printable registration form (with a check or money order).
Checks should be made payable to “La Salle University.”

Credit card payments will not be processed through the mail. Please complete the online registration process for credit card payments.

Deadline

All registrations must be received by 5:00 p.m. EST on September 29, 2011. After this date, please call La Salle University at 215-951-1234 for information about on-site check-in; if space permits, you can register for an additional $30.

Confirmation

La Salle University will confirm your registration. You will be alerted promptly of any cancellations or changes. If some unforeseen event forces La Salle to cancel or postpone the program, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee; however, the University cannot be held responsible for any related costs, including cancellation fees assessed by airlines or travel agencies.

Refunds

If your request to withdraw is received at least fifteen business days prior to the first day of the conference, we can issue a partial refund. Send your written request by fax to 215-951-1960 or by e-mail to UPCEA@lasalle.edu. A $50 administrative fee will be charged for each withdrawal. Anyone who is registered but cannot attend may send a substitute.
