Rachel has been working for Penn State Outreach Marketing and Communications for 7 ½ years. In her current position she and her team focus on enrollment data analysis for Penn State’s Continuing and Distance Education programs. Rachel has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Science and Information Systems from Penn State and plans to return in the fall to obtain her online Professional Masters Degree in Information Science through Penn State’s World Campus. She has experience in Information Systems Analysis and Design, Database Management, and is currently serving as a Stakeholder and Data Team Lead for the implementation of their CRM system for Penn State Outreach.
