Since 1997 Randy has provided workforce development for Philadelphia, Bucks and Montgomery County PA with Penn State University. Program examples include interpersonal communications, performance improvement, team building, information technology, leadership; certificate examples include Leadership, Supervision, Municipal Administration, Management, and Health Information Technology. He has adopted a matrixed strategy for marketing, utilizing distance learning media for support (e.g. websites, pictel, Itunes, podcasts, course management systems) and some of the additional marketing resources have included social bookmarking, videos, photographs, programs, events through social networks such as Facebook and Linkedin. Randy has an undergraduate degree in Political Science/History from St.Olaf College, a Graduate Certificate in Distance Education from Penn State and is currently pursuing an Organizational Leadership Graduate Degree at Philadelphia Biblical University.
