Doug Neidich is the Chief Executive Officer of GreenWorks Development (www.greenworksdev.com), a real estate development company engaged in building energy- and culturally-sustainable integrated communities in urban-revitalized areas in Central Pennsylvania. Doug is also the
President of Solarity, Incorporated, a firm involved in the development of thin-film organic photovoltaic cells. Prior to his current positions, he was the General Manager of Amphenol InterCon Systems, Incorporated (www.interconsystems.com), a developer and manufacturer of high-density, high-speed electronic interconnection systems, and held engineering positions at AMP, Incorporated, and Dupont/Berg Electronics prior to founding InterCon. He serves on the boards of Pinnacle Health Systems and WITF in Harrisburg, and on the
Pennsylvania Board of Trustees of The Nature Conservancy. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of the Business Leadership School of the Harrisburg Area Community College and is a Trustee Emeritus of Harrisburg University.
